HOUSE HARKONNEN WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT

By signing this agreement, the undersigned (“Subject”) acknowledges and accepts all terms herein as enforced by House Harkonnen, its subsidiaries, agents, overseers, enforcers, and corporate partners.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Subject understands that participation in any activity, labor assignment, or military deployment under Horizon is inherently dangerous and may result in injury, disfigurement, exposure to toxic atmospheres, or death. The Subject voluntarily accepts these risks as a condition of continued existence.

2. WAIVER AND RELEASE
The Subject hereby waives, releases, and discharges House Harkonnen and its officers, heirs, barons, and appointed sadists from all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising from any injury, property loss, or death that may occur as a result of:

Accidental or intentional acts of violence;

Equipment failure or sabotage;

Worm encounters (provoked or unprovoked);

Melange withdrawal;

Explosive collar malfunction;

Summary disciplinary actions.

3. INDEMNIFICATION
The Subject agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless House Harkonnen against any claim or judgment resulting from the Subject’s actions, complaints, or resistance, whether verbal, written, psychic, or spiritual.

4. PROPERTY OF THE BARON
The Subject acknowledges that their body, memories, offspring, and all material possessions are the rightful property of House Harkonnen, to be reclaimed, altered, or discarded at will.

5. SURVIVOR’S CLAUSE
No compensation shall be owed to family units, sibling clones, or creche cohorts in the event of fatality or permanent neurological degradation. Survivors are encouraged to report to Reassignment Pits within 48 standard hours.

6. FINALITY OF TERMS
This agreement is irrevocable, binding across space and time, and enforceable under pain of exsanguination. Any attempts to challenge or rewrite this waiver shall be met with swift corrective obliteration.
